the location is close to downtown. the rooms feature scottish plaid carpet and drapes. the breakfast preparation occurs upon seating and tasted very good. a local tavern, castle terrace, is only three minutes away for dinner.

lovely stay, great location!

fantastic experience warm welcome generous portion
the host greeted us warmly upon arrival. the location was excellent, very close to the city center. breakfast was delicious and portions were generous!
I found some scuffs and marks in the room, it could use some redecorating. also, the bathroom was small, and the sink was quite tiny.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I found a home-like feeling throughout this lodging. My room had Scottish plaid carpets and drapes. I thought it was a nice touch. The owner offered helpful suggestions.
The bathroom sink was very small.

good location front parking clean room small bathroom tiny sink room scuffs
the location was good. it was a short walk to town and many eateries were nearby. there is parking right in front of the house. The room was lovely and clean.
the bathroom was small and the sink was tiny. the bin in the bathroom, IT was never emptied . My room could use decorating because there were scuffs and marks.

Really good Stay with Excellent Hospitality

large room extra bed good storage quiet location
The room was quite large and had an extra bed, offering good storage space. I found the hotel very clean. The location proved excellent. It was quiet yet close to the town center. Breakfast was served promptly in a pleasant room overlooking the Castle.
The bathroom was slightly small and the sink rather tiny. I also noticed the bin in the bathroom was not emptied .
