clean pool good selection no assistance no luggage assistance
The leisure facilities were enjoyable, including the clean pool. the breakfast had a good selection. I found the variety very nice. the staff were very friendly and helpful, too.
there was no one to greet me, or help with my luggage on arrival. i had to unload my bags and struggle to get everything into the lobby.

great variety greenhouse tour unwelcoming staff freezing room
the breakfast had great variety. kids enjoyed the spring activities like cookie decorating. i also appreciated the greenhouse tour.
i arrived to find staff were not very cute. i also noticed my partner and i did not receive any help with our cases. the room was freezing, too, and toiletries were not topped up.

poor service awful breakfast
the location surrounded by landscapes was acceptable.
Standards have declined. i had to seek out staff to order drinks in the bar, instead of them being attentive. breakfast service was awful. Plates sat on the table, and no one explained that food could be ordered until 40 minutes after i arrived. my card was charged before checkout, resulting in charges for items i did not have. I had to wait days for a refund.
