Average stay with a couple of issues
outdated air conditioner cold pool
The room was quite warm. An outdated air conditioning unit did little to cool it. I found a very old hairdryer stored in a closet. It reminded me of discarded junk. The small pool was also too cold for comfortable swimming.

i stayed in an executive double room for four nights. the breakfast was great (especially the scrambled eggs!).
the gym could use a few more weights, i think.

clean room plentiful food metal door late service
The room was spacious and clean. The gym, pool, spa, and sauna provided fantastic facilities. The breakfast food was plentiful and quite good. The bar added to the overall positive experience.
I requested kids' bedding and towels because I had booked a family room. Family rooms were not made up until 7pm. The wardrobe had a thin metal door, a real hazard to walk into.

functional lifts electric sockets quiet room small room limited activities dirty carpets
the reception was cute and informative. lifts were functional and regular. my room had plenty of electric sockets, which i appreciated. the room was quiet.
my room was a bit small for luggage for a family of four. there were not many activities for children. i saw dirty carpets in the restaurant. i noticed the dirt near the pool and streaks on the walls from the pool.
