The receptionist was really nice and helpful. It was a definite positive aspect.

the bedroom was nicely decorated and also well equipped. i found extra towels and pillows readily available.

easy access helpful staff poor heating wall mounted radiator
The location was excellent , easy to access. The staff was very cute and helpful.
There was poor heating in the room , only a 750w wall mounted radiator. This wasn't enough to warm the room up , I had to use the hair dryer to keep warm.

The location allowed quick access to public transportation. The tram stop was very close to the front door, made getting into the city easy.
The lighting in the room was dim, and I found it hard to get enough light to read.

The location had many restaurants nearby. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Safe car parking was included with my stay. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.
The bedroom doors were quite noisy, so sleeping was a challenge.

The hotel is close to the Leith town center, I observed. Britannia and the Port of Leith distillery are nearby. That is very convenient. The hotel is in a fabulous position near many attractions.

free parking modern interior breakfast service extractor fan
i found the location quite convenient it was a short walk to several restaurants. there was free parking available which was helpful. i appreciated the modern interior in the historic building. the room had nice touches.
i noticed the absence of an extractor fan in the bathroom. the breakfast service was slow one morning it took 50 minutes for the breakfast to arrive. when it did arrive, it was cold. there were no explanations or apologies.
