The staff was super friendly, made the atmosphere very warm. My room, cathedral view, was clean and peaceful. It was also comfortable. I found the rate agreeable.
I thought that there was no elevator and the stairs were narrow.

Really good Stay with Wonderful Amenities

The room felt fresh and inviting. Premium toiletries included soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion (a very nice touch!). I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It featured cereals, homemade granola, pastries, meats, cheeses, and hot options. The staff offered attentive and courteous service.
The extractor fan in the bathroom did not work.

comfy suite friendly staff whisky bar
I enjoyed the two bedroom suite. it had a bathroom and was super comfy for four adults. one bedroom included two single beds, and the other bedroom had a four poster bed. The bathroom sat in the middle. i also appreciated the whisky tasting provided in the room. the staff were friendly, and i enjoyed the whisky bar.
The lunch menu seemed fairly limited. It focused on pizzas. the burgers tasted great. i found the fish and chips disappointing because it had no flavor.

Wonderful Stay in Historic Setting

The family room had two connecting rooms plus a large bathroom. I liked the four-poster bed. Bathrobes and slippers were provided. A complimentary local whisky was a great bonus, even if I didn't drink it myself. My partner enjoyed it .
