charmed by the detail

early room complimentary snacks
the staff surprised me by getting us into our room early. the room included complimentary snacks and soft drinks. afternoon tea proved a lovely touch. staff members were top tier and showed true hospitality.
The restaurant advertised online seems unconnected to the hotel. It is a considerable walk away. i found this misleading and inconvenient for a quick dinner.

efficient staff early arrival complimentary snack
The staff efficiently managed my early arrival. My room was available much sooner than expected. Soft drinks and snacks were complimentary. Afternoon tea and the cocktail hour added a special touch to my stay.
The television could have been positioned at a more comfortable height for viewing from the bed.

small PROBLEMS, big enjoyment

attentive staff delicious omelette high quality special visit
i found the staff VERY attentive, especially Vicky. she. the breakfast included a delicious Arnold Bennett omelette. the afternoon tea and tasting spoons are superb. HIGH quality.
our bedroom DID feel slightly dated. not everything was quite perfect. small maintenance issues existed. still, it was a really minor detail. it definitely didn't ruin anything.
