decent location, some downsides
central location room upgrade short walk noisy hotel thin walls uncomfortable bed
the location was really central. it was a short walk to princess street. i also received a room upgrade, nice.
the hotel was very noisy. i could hear almost everything happening in the next room. the bed was also quite uncomfortable it was only 1.40m wide.

missing conditioner warm room
the staff was helpful checking me in quickly that part was acceptable
the room was very warm there was no air conditioning available i was given a fan that did little to cool the space the bathroom lacked separate shampoo body wash and conditioner it felt stingy for the price

central location public transport daily top-up dark room uneven flooring variable staff
My room had a great location near public transport. The hotel was central to restaurants. I liked the daily top-up of coffees, teas, chocolate drinks, and biscuits.
My room was quite dark, though it had a window. The flooring underneath the thick carpet felt uneven. Quality of staff was variable and I didn't like that. The breakfast system was also a pain.

great location friendly staff spacious room tired decor dusty room uncomfortable bed
The location was great. Everything was within walking distance. our quadruple room was spacious. the staff members were friendly.
the decor seemed a bit tired. the room felt dusty and not very clean. i found the bed uncomfortable. the walls were thin, and noise from neighbors was easily heard. they yelled in the hallway during late hours.

Wonderful stay!
spacious room tea coffee excellent location luggage room
The room felt spacious and had everything i needed. I especially liked having a kettle for tea and coffee along with some biscuits. The location was excellent for seeing all the sights. I also appreciated the luggage room, it was a great bonus.
The bathtub was a bit high and lacked grab bars, it made getting in and out slightly awkward. A towel rack was missing from the wall.

There is a luggage room accessible with a key provided by the staff. I found this very convenient to store my bags both before check-in and after checking out, allowing me to explore without carrying luggage.

The staff were helpful and very polite, they answered all my questions with a smile! When the hairdryer in my room stopped working, a spare was provided immediately, which i really appreciated.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
no air conditioning missing sink plug
The location of the hotel was convenient for accessing many areas of interest.
The room lacked air conditioning, and the window provided only a small opening. This. The bathroom sink also lacked a plug, inconvenient.

convenient location
little fridge train station
the hotel sat a fifteen minute walk from the train station. there's a lift to the rooms. a little fridge exist and it was very handy, helpful reception
