friendly staff beautiful location delicious food little attention poor coffee tea situation
The staff was very professional. They were friendly and always on hand to look after us. The location is beautiful with plenty around to explore. The food at dinner was one of the best meals I've ever eaten!!!
Attention to detail was not there unfortunately. I seemed like everything was an afterthought. The coffee and tea situation in the room was very poor.

Mediocre stay, Some issues noted

unisex changing rooms loud noises
I found some aspects disappointing. The changing rooms were unisex, quite awkward and uncomfortable. A man was making loud noises in the shower. Staff did NOTHING when he started talking loudly on his mobile on speaker.

great location helpful staff breakfast options chilly pool extra charge tired room
i gotta say, the location was a real win. i could easily stroll into town. plus, the staff were totally on the ball, super helpful. breakfast? tons of choices there, i was stuffed!
honestly, the pool was a bit chilly for my liking. i also noticed the hot tub outside had an extra charge. plus, my room could've used a bit more love, it was looking a little tired.

fine view amazing food thin wall broken hose
The location is great. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was amazing. It included cozy rooms and fine views.
I was told what time i could have breakfast. The room was small with paper thin walls. There was a noisy downpipe outside the window. The bathroom shower fitting wasn't clean. The flexible hose was broken. It didn't look like it had been cleaned for weeks.

cold jacuzzi few loungers
The exterior jacuzzi was far from warm! it was cold to the point of being unusable. i told a member of the staff. They seemed inconvenienced. the interior facilities had too few loungers. occupied them for hours while others had to leave their belongings scattered around.
