nice staff amazing food pet-friendly policy
I found the staff very nice. The food was amazing, i especially enjoyed the fresh fish. The hotel allowed us to take our dog, great.
The room was clean , but a bit small.

noisy room rude staff
the location was convenient for exploring the area.
i booked a standard double room, but i got a very noisy room above the kitchen. there was constant noise until late at night and again early in the morning.

check-in was smooth i got my room key quickly the receptionist helped me with directions to loch lomond it was straightforward to find parking space the hotel had easy access to nearby shops i found this very convenient.
the wi-fi signal was occasionally weak in certain areas of my room.
