mixed Feelings on my stay

broken lift chaotic breakfast
The lift was BROKEN, and i had to lug my bags up several flights of stairs. i found that very inconvenient. my room also had some wallpaper peeling off, revealing a rather tired decor. the breakfast buffet was CHAOTIC. Staff struggled to keep it stocked.

mixed feelings about this hotel

small elevator slanted floor
the breakfast buffet offered a good selection.
I found the elevator situation unacceptable. It only fits one person comfortably. waiting for the lift felt endless, especially with luggage. the lack of maintenance was also evident as wardrobe doors didn't shut properly. the slanted floor in my room was unsettling.
