friendly staff private car park
reception staff were friendly and check in was easy. the hotel is near a supermarket and several cafes, convenient. i also appreciated the availability of a private car park. the breakfast offered next morning was delicious , with several options.
i found the bed to be quite uncomfortable , with a poor mattress. also, the thermostat in the room did not seem to function properly, so i had to open a window.

warm rooms friendly staff
the rooms are certainly warm. i found the room super clean on arrival. there was plenty of choice for breakfast and good value for money. the staff are friendly and accommodating.
the bed was very uncomfortable with a poor mattress. the tv was also very small. i could hear customers going past, even with the window closed.

the hotel staff stored bikes securely, which i found was great. the reception area has staff at the desk 24/7. this is convenient for late arrivals or early departures because i felt secure.

the staff were very friendly. breakfast was good and full filling, exactly how i like it. i did appreciate the staff being available to answer questions i had.
the room was a bit small for my liking. the music was loud in the rooms because a hen party was going on. i had a hard time sleeping.
