Really good Hotel Experience

maintained garden convenient access spacious pool sunny terrace
The hotel grounds featured a well maintained garden area suitable for leisurely strolls. A bus stop located within a short walk provided convenient access to the city centre. The swimming pool was larger than expected. I found a sunny terrace perfect to enjoy an outdoor drink.
The rooms are quite a distance from the elevator and reception area. Navigating the hallways can feel a bit maze like and confusing.
Rooms

The beautiful king room featured wide, comfortable beds ensuring restful sleep and relaxation. The location is excellent. The hotel had some board games available in the lobby area.
Service

The staff were kind and attentive throughout the entire hotel. I found the check in process friendly and efficient, establishing a positive first impression. The leisure facilities were very welcome after a long day.

This stay reminded me of a total letdown. i booked a beautiful king room but the bathroom was a mess. the shower curtain had mold and the showerhead was broken. the coffee from the breakfast machine tasted bad too. that receptionist at 3pm was so inappropriate. She flirted with my husband and i really hated that.
