festive looking attentive staff beautiful mulled wine
the christmas activities for children were excellent they looked very festive my daughter had a nose bleed and the staff were very attentive. the mulled wine was beautiful i really liked it.
i noticed a slight lack of modernization rooms seemed a little dated.

the reception has ample seating available for families. my room was on the second floor and i found it quiet. the king size bed was firm and comfortable. the room included a large fan for cooling
the hotel lacks a lift, so guests on higher floors must use the stairs

EXCELLENT stay!

helpful staff clean room comfy bed
The check-in staff were helpful. They even permitted me to view the room before I booked. The room was basic, but clean and suitable for my needs. I found the bed comfy. The pool and sauna were great. I had good access to nearby trails.
The car park was full upon my arrival. The signage to reach the back of the building was not clear. I needed to ask for directions.

The bedroom included good facilities and felt COSY. I quickly adjusted to the long corridorswith enlarged photographs of the Cairngorms and references to the naturalist John Muir. It was awe-inspiring.

The breakfast and dinner options were buffet style. There was a very wide selection of items, and the staff in the restaurant were very helpful. I noticed model dinosaurs along the entrance drive. These were an interesting feature.

The hotel has a bus stop directly outside. The location is perfect. I could easily access areas of interest from the hotel. The area is very tranquil and surrounded by nature.

perfect location awesome breakfast friendly staff outdoor dinosaurs
I found the location to be PERFECT with fine surroundings. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. It was fresh, well-prepared, and offered plenty of choices. Staff members were friendly, resulting in engaging conversations. Dinosaurs are placed outside, which my son would really LOVE.
The double room I booked turned out to have a smaller, three-quarters bed, a little disappointing. the overall stay was great.
