the location was central (right in the middle of things!). the staff was friendly. my room included a comfy bed, quite large.

The location worked wonderfully as i was close to many key attractions. the on-site car park was convenient. i also found the staff very friendly and helpful. Their assistance was always appreciated. the concierge offered very good customer service.
The breakfast buffet had some issues. The orange juice tasted quite watery, and i was like i was paying for a diluted drink.

the hotel is situated in the heart of the city making it accessible for sightseeing. several restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance, giving many options for dining and shopping. getting around the city was easy because of its central location.

ideal location convenient car park excellent service
The location was ideal. The car park was convenient. The concierge offered excellent customer service. He was great. The staff was very helpful and super friendly. I found the on-site car park.
The mattress was quite soft. I usually prefer a firm mattress. It could be a problem for people with back issues. I still slept well, but some might find it uncomfortable.

underwhelming stay , some issues present

expensive room lifts problem
the room i booked , a superior room , was not as expected , it didn't feel particularly superior to other rooms , considering the price. also , one of the three lifts was out of service , and on the second morning , two were not working , it caused long waits , which was quite inconvenient. it's disappointing as i feel the hotel is overpriced , and its excellent location is not enough to compensate for these issues.
