Mixed feelings about my stay
visible mold small amount
The room was clean enough. BUT the shower had very visible mold. I did contact the hotel chain about this, AND they offered only a small amount towards my next stay. I think it is not acceptable considering I could not use the service I paid for. VERY disappointing.

the breakfast included many options. i tried the scrambled eggs and bacon. parking on the hotel was available, which we loved. but the price was amazing!

The staff were very polite and efficient. My bedroom was comfortable. The en suite bathroom had good facilities. I enjoyed complimentary tea and coffee throughout the day and night.

The petrol station across the road includes an M&S shop. This is very convenient. You can purchase sandwiches and other snacks there if you don't want a full meal.

A Greene King bar and restaurant is on site. I found them to have very good food. Their service was also really good. The hot breakfast included bacon, sausage, scrambled egg, and beans.

dirty glass used plaster
the breakfast was good.
i found a used plaster stuck to the underside of my duvet! this raised serious infection control and hygiene issues. the bar served my drink in a dirty glass. i reported this to reception.
