central location great variety clean room excellent service
The location was CENTRAL. Breakfast offered a GREAT variety. The room was clean and well kept. Laura at reception was particularly helpful . She provided excellent service. The hotel's proximity to key attractions and transport links was a HUGE bonus for exploring.

a lovely surprise

lovely room free parking
the hotel provided free parking adding convenience to my travels. the location was also advantageous allowing easy access to nearby attractions.
the carpets in some areas looked quite worn i thought a refresh could enhance the overall look i noticed that the condition of the carpets showed significant use

the service was attentive and prompt throughout my stay the team addressed inquiries quickly and efficiently providing a supportive environment i was assisted with directions information about local attractions.

the hotel includes a bar with a relaxed atmosphere that served a selection of drinks there is free parking , made it easy to come and go without any fuss and the location is central allowing to get around quickly.

helpfulness reception historic building
The staff were AMAZING throughout THE hotel! I especially appreciated the helpfulness at reception. The building is interesting with lots of history to explore.
The WiFi didn't work in our room I was very disappointed. I really needed it for work.

i stayed at the hotel in 2024. the lobby design impressed me with its mill wheel and running stream. free parking was a definite plus.
the room lacked a second chair, limiting seating options for two people.
