the staff was helpful. the room had a cozy bar area. i noticed a good choice of continental breakfast food was available. nearby establishments offered complete eating choices.

friendly staff lovely decorations amazing cocktails
The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. my room had lovely decorations. It was really a treat! the bar was great, too. it had amazing cocktails. i thought it was totally worth it.
the windows in my room were a bit dirty.

The staff were fantastic. They could not be more helpful or cheerful. i loved the warm welcome upon arrival. i felt genuinely cared for during my time there.

there's an open top bus tour that stops on the adjacent bridge, so getting around is easy. i also loved that real milk was available from reception for making tea and coffee. so convenient!

I enjoyed the continental breakfast on the top deck. It was very plentiful. they had homemade pastries. That was a special touch. the bar offers very good service with a great music selection.

the room was decorated amazingly. it also had huge, fluffy towels. it felt very luxurious! the bed was also very comfortable. i had no trouble sleeping at all.
