amazing birthday surprise!

helpful staff surprise decorations welcome drink central location

The hotel super nice team, even when i had to reschedule due to storms. They rearranged my stay with no problems! staff decorated the room with balloons, cards, bubbly, and chocolates. It was such a thoughtful surprise. i loved the complimentary welcome drink they offered to all guests between 5 and 6 pm. the location is central for restaurants, bars, and attractions!

I wish there was an on-site restaurant for breakfast. Finding a place with my family each morning was a bit challenging.

My room included a comfortable bed and a super clean bathroom. It had high-quality linens. The room also had a small kitchenette with a microwave, a kettle, and a mini-fridge.

I really loved how well-designed the room was. It had everything needed. The staff were really good helping me with directions. The location was perfect plus close to many shops.

The hotel lacked on-site dining options, requiring me to find breakfast elsewhere. This was a small inconvenience.

The location was convenient. It was a short walk to attractions. The staff were always friendly and willing to help with any questions. I especially liked the kitchen area with a fridge, sink, cutlery, and crockery. The shower was AMAZING!!!

The corridors could benefit from air conditioning, as they felt a little warm.

A Fabulous Stay with Castle Views!

The hotel staff were helpful and friendly upon arrival. I loved that the room included cooking facilities, like a microwave and cutlery. Complimentary coffee pods were a lovely touch. The clear view of the castle from my window was fine!!!
