fresh water tea selection
the room was nice and neat. i found plenty of fresh water provided, and a good selection of tea was available.
some paint was chipped in the bathroom. it needed a refresh, sadly.

Breakfast options offered many choices. The staff stored my luggage happily until check-in. Upon check-in, the staff were also very cute. I also appreciated that the room had every little thing I needed.
The shower tile needs a little repair, it looks like. Otherwise, my experience was great.

The location was near public transportation, this made getting around very simple, as train, trams, and buses are close! I enjoyed using the restaurant , and service was excellent.

friendly staff super clean room fresh options
the staff was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to requests. I appreciate the cleanliness, the room was super clean upon arrival. Breakfast had good variety with fresh options available daily.
the television did not have streaming capabilities.

staff members were consistently friendly, assisting with directions and offering prompt responses to inquiries, and i found this very efficient. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth.

transportation access is easy, the hotel being near bus stops and train stations. The immediate area has several restaurants and shops, i was able to find everything that i needed.

the gym featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes, i used it every day. A business center provides computers and printers, it was convenient. Wi-fi was available throughout the hotel.

my twin room had two twin beds, each with firm mattresses, and a small work desk was useful. The bathroom had a rainfall shower, i enjoyed it. Blackout curtains ensured a dark room at night.
