convenient and comfortable
pancake machine friendly staff
the breakfast buffet included fresh pancakes (i especially loved the pancake machine). the staff was very friendly and helpful. i got money off my parking at a nearby parking. the hotel location was central.

somewhat underwhelming experience
substandard soundproofing cramped room
the breakfast was acceptable with a varied choice.
the soundproofing was substandard I could hear everything. the noise from outside made it difficult to sleep. the room felt a bit cramped.

large bed comfortable bed lovely towels
the bed was large it was comfortable. toiletries were included in the bathroom it had nice towels. there was a good selection at breakfast

Decent Stay with Some Issues
poor soundproofing constant draft
The room lacked proper soundproofing. Constant noise came through the window, disturbing my sleep. I also noticed a persistent draft near the window. It made the room uncomfortably cold at times, especially during the night.

I found the staff really helpful! The location had many restaurants nearby. I particularly enjoyed the excellent coffee and scones at the coffee shop!
