clean apartment clear instructions check-in process bathroom sink
location was good for see nearby. a tram run close to the apartments. the apartment itself was really clean and tidy. instructions for entry was excellent.
check-in process was not user friendly. i had to make many phone calls to figure out entry. the apartment seams overpriced and worn. i saw a crack in the bathroom sink.

awesome apartments!

clean apartment comfortable beds sweet touch
the apartment was very clean and big. the beds provided wonderful comfort . the welcome chocolates were a sweet touch and i really liked them. i surely suggest this place for anyone planning a trip.
hand soap was missing and was not quality. i bought good quality soap from a store nearby.

i noticed restaurants just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. it was convenient for us to make our own breakfasts. the hotel also has a partnership with howies in victoria street that guests can explore.

a gem by the harbour

great location huge apartment comfortable bed lovely touch
the location was great, near the bus stop. the apartment was huge and it had all equipment i needed. the bed was very comfortable and clean. they were welcome goodies too, such a lovely touch!
the shower was a bit under expectation. i thought i would get a better quality one.

the receptionist was friendly. i appreciate the option to leave my bags. they even offered to deliver them to my apartment. i saw dishes, pots and pans which seemed adequate.

Really good Stay at Stylish Apartments

harbour outlook underground parking secure building
The corner apartment offered a lovely outlook over the harbour. I appreciated the convenience of included underground parking. The modern building felt secure, though I could occasionally hear other people.
The check-in procedure required reading multiple emails and using an overcomplicated lock box system, and it didn't work smoothly (a minor inconvenience, though).

The staff was helpful, always accessible for any needs that arose . They promptly addressed any questions I had and were always courteous (which I appreciated).

The kitchen provides excellent cooking facilities to prepare meals, and a supermarket is located not far away by car. I found it easy to shop for groceries and cook in the apartment, especially with the provided cookware.

The apartment included two bathrooms, which helped a lot. I also found a large ASDA supermarket nearby. It was convenient (it's only a 10-minute walk). The bus stop close to the building was really useful, too.
The shower was not super comfortable.
