Wonderful Stay

central location quiet room valet parking
The location is very central. The room was lovely and very quiet. I particularly enjoyed the valet parking. It was very convenient. Breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).
I had some difficulty figuring out how to turn the water on and off in the bath and shower.

The hotel has a wonderful spa area, with a heated pool and sauna available daily. Flowers in the main lobby created a beautiful entrance. Palm court includes a tea room, with a harpist playing in the background.

the valet parking was convenient i thought. my room had a really comfy bed i must say. i dined in the bistro, it had a good wine selection.
i had to figure out how the bath and shower water worked.

superb central stay

attentive staff quiet room amazing spa
The staff were professional from the doorman to the bar. my room was very quiet. the spa area was amazing. I did not want to leave.
i noticed a lack of extraction in the toilet. it smelled of wee on arrival.

this hotel is close to the tourist areas including the royal mile. it is also literally on top of the train station, a good starting point for exploring the area. taxis are always readily available.

i had a lovely big room. the room included quality toiletries. my bed was beyond comfortable, probably the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in, contributing to a restful experience.
