great stay with river views
perfect location river view great comfort
the location was perfect, near central station! a river view upgrade provided amazing scenery. the room offered comfort, and i found the hotel super clean.
The hotel layout involved separate towers and confusing lift access. The receptionist wrote the wrong tower on my key.

A perfect romantic escape
comfortable bed wonderful view
The room was a beautiful double room, and the bed was comfortable. I found the views from the room to be pretty wonderful. I could relax and lose myself in. I also loved the breakfast. It was a good experience to share.

the location meet my expectations.
i must note upon my arrival, a significant problem occurred. i was assigned a room that clearly not matched the description, and lacked a specified river view. the staff, despite being informed, only offered apologies instead of an effective solution.
