inadequate lighting heated towel rails
the location was acceptable, placing me within easy reach of local shops..
I found several issues. firstly, the room's lighting proved inadequate. secondly, the tv's sound cut out repeatedly. also, the heated towel rails in the bathroom remained constantly on, causing the room to overheat. I couldn't find a way to switch them off.

The breakfast offered many choices. The staff were very attentive. I found the location convenient for shopping. The bathroom included a large shower.
The food service seemed a little slow.

Breakfast featured good selection of foods. I saw attentive staff always refilling items. The dining area was clean and well-kept, though the layout created some minor congestion near the coffee station.

Acceptable Stay, Some Issues

convenient location helpful staff good breakfast selection plumbing problem small shower room limited parking
The location was convenient for accessing attractions. I found the staff helpful . The breakfast included a good selection of items.
The plumbing in the bathroom seemed problematic. Dirty water came up from the bath plug, I reported it. We received a shower room, but it was small, and the smell was not pleasant. The parking situation was also not ideal. There were limited spaces.
