the room was a good size and the shower worked well. the self serve breakfast included cereals croissants and fruit.

good temperature helpful staff historical touch restful quietness
the room offered good temperature for sleeping. the staff provided great support always. the building had a historical touch, yet it was well kept. i also found the quietness very restful and pleasant.
the carpet looked a bit worn in some areas.

wonderful breakfast friendly staff exciting city parts
i loved those breakfasts, so wonderful and the staff were friendly. it felt clean and cosy. proximity to all those main exciting parts of the city really made this a win! i do recommend the full scottish breakfast with poached eggs, they rock!
the tv in our room wasn't connected, no channels or option to use our phones to connect, i asked reception to assist on it. we gave the young man permission to enter our room while we were out to fix it.

cold bathroom non-functional wifi
the staff was friendly. the location was acceptable.
the room was not cleaned properly. i found hairs in the bed and the bathroom was cold. the wifi did not work in the room, so i could not use netflix.
