the room offered good temperature for sleeping. the staff provided great support always. the building had a historical touch, yet it was well-kept. i also found the quietness very restful and pleasant.

wonderful breakfast friendly staff exciting city parts
i loved those breakfasts, so wonderful and the staff were friendly. it felt clean and cosy. proximity to all those main exciting parts of the city really made this a win! i do recommend the full scottish breakfast with poached eggs, they rock!
the tv in our room wasn't connected, no channels or option to use our phones to connect, i asked reception to assist on it. we gave the young man permission to enter our room while we were out to fix it.

the rooms offer a clean functional setup with comfortable beds, i loved the cute furniture. the shower pressure was very nice too, all helping to ensure a relaxing rest after a busy day.

i noticed open doors allowed easy access despite late nights, and the front desk was always staffed, this made me feel safe and secure, the pantry has free drinks and snacks which is awesome.

the staff was friendly. the location was acceptable.
the room was not cleaned properly. i found hairs in the bed and the bathroom was cold. the wifi did not work in the room, so i could not use netflix.
