A sweet escape

central location friendly staff clean room varied selection

I really appreciated the superb central location as it was convenient. The staff was so friendly, they are lovely people. My heart felt at peace thanks to the clean room and the secure feeling the hotel gave me. Breakfast included a varied selection and started my days off very well.

The room included soft linen and plush pillows, it felt so comfortable. A television with many channels provided entertainment and I found a modern bathroom. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water.

I loved that the hotel offered luggage storage, a convenience when arriving early. Super fast check in added an extra touch, especially with cute staff members. The bar service remained available throughout the day and night, I liked that.

Breakfast had ample choices and tasted fresh. The breakfast area was well kept and kept clean. I found options suiting various tastes and dietary needs, like yummy fruits and cereals. There were also delicious pastries and hot dishes.

excellent location nearby restaurants hard bed outside noise

the location was excellent for seeing the sights. it was very convenient to walk to the royal mile, waverley train station, and nearby restaurants.

the bed was hard as a rock. the room was hot and stuffy. i could not shut the window because the room was too hot. people were right out front.

stained sheets limited view

the location was acceptable, close to the royal mile and many restaurants.

I found the room quite small. the sheets had stains, unpleasant. also, my room faced a wall, so i could not see outside. This was quite disappointing.
