Wonderful Stay with Really good Service

clean room public area really good service
I found the hotel very clean and well-kept. Rooms and public areas was orderly. I appreciated the staff's helpfulness, especially Mr Singh. He greeted us warmly and was attentive to our needs. His service enhanced our stay. I will recommend it. I appreciated the tidiness, the staff's service, and their help.
there were no tea kettles in the room. The Keurig coffee maker was difficult to use. I think the availability of tea kettles would enhance the experience.

underwhelming stay, overpriced experience

weird smell fluctuating shower
the free parking was really convenient, i guess.
the room i got, a classic twin room, was a bit of a letdown. the bathroom had this weird smell, like old socks, and the shower temperature kept fluctuating from lukewarm to scalding. also, the wifi was so slow, i could have sent a letter by carrier pigeon faster.

Wonderful Stay with Really good Service

super clean room delicious meal
The rooms were super clean and beautifully maintained. I found the food really good. Every meal tasted delicious and was to be made with care. I extend a massive thank you to Singh. He helped book the rooms and arranged taxis, as well as provided a friendly welcome. He even arranged an early breakfast for our group.

The hotel is located conveniently close to a Spar shop. The hotel is very close to the entrance to Skye. The surroundings are lovely, with views from many rooms.

The restaurant offered lovely sea views. I observed that breakfast included a nice selection with hot food available to order. The restaurant is a large glass-enclosed space offering pretty views during meals.
