immaculate and perfect location

kitchen facilities dining facilities good parking
the lodge had good kitchen facilities dining facilities and a living area it had a nice balcony with sun in the mornings i found good parking very convenient the washing machine and dishwasher were a great bonus i appreciated those extra touches
the campsite felt a little cramped compared to other places i stayed the landscaping was nice though the hot water had issues the first night i was there

the lodge included a welcome basket with tea coffee and biscuits the lodge offered good kitchen living and dining facilities allowing easy meal preparation there were also many restaurants bars and cafes nearby

quiet location

clean accommodation provided bedding shut area
The accommodation was clean. I found bedding and towels provided. kitchen cloths, tea towels, hand soaps and shower gels were also there. however, the communal area with a pool table was shut. this was disappointing
The beds for adults left a lot to be desired! the fold-out bed in the living area was not double! the mattress was thin. It measured 44 inches. it was the worst sleep.

the cabin had a good layout! it was fully kitted out with everything i could have needed. the place was bright and clean. i could tell the park is very well maintained.

mixed feelings about the stay

dog smell lack of cleaning
the location was good because it was very close to loch lomond shores.
the caravan smelled heavily of dogs. although the caravan looked clean and tidy on arrival, as we settled in, it was clear that the cleaning was not thorough. i saw black long dog hair over the sofa and thick dust in the kitchen. i was disappointed with this.
