convenient and clean

helpful receptionist ample parking young children
The receptionist helped me very much. Nothing was too much trouble. traveling with young children and a dog was easier because of the help i received. ample parking was available at the hotel.
the mattress was not very comfortable, and i found no shower gel in the room. it seemed housekeeping had not checked this before my arrival.

helpful staff clean room spare pillows uncomfortable bed dog smell missing towel
i found the reception staff helpful and friendly. everything was clean when i checked in. they provided spare pillows, which i appreciate.
the beds are not comfiest. the room had a bit smell like wet dog. i noticed the towel rail was missing in the bathroom. the bathroom was very cold.

the location was convenient for motorway access i guess so that's something
the beds proved to be not the comfiest a bit like sleeping on a slightly deflated bouncy castle the room also had a distinct aroma reminiscent of a damp canine companion

super clean room valuable voucher walking facilities
The rooms were super clean. the meal voucher was worth it. I got £10 worth for only £7.50. i was also able to easily walk my dogs because of the great walking facilities available.

lovely staff clean room good water pressure
the staff was lovely and cute to me. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the water pressure in the shower was good, and the water was hot!
it could sometimes be difficult to find a parking spot close to the entrance. this area were often shared with van rental companies.
