John provided clear directions prior to arrival. I chose my breakfast options easily the night before. Breakfast had great quality. The garden has sea and mountain views.
The parking area accommodated only three cars, and sometimes, accessing a spot was slightly difficult.

serene coastal stay

warm welcome super clean room homemade biscuits breakfast frittata
i received a warm welcome upon arrival the room was super clean and i especially enjoyed the homemade oat biscuits provided the breakfast frittata was expertly prepared and the ullapool smoked salmon was a good regional treat the owner's communication was excellent. the single room was quite sizable and i admired the view of the peaceful location easy parking was a definite plus and the shore was just a short walk away.
