the staff was wonderful, always ready to help. my room was recently refurbished, and i noticed it had a very comfy bed. the location was very convenient too, with good parking available.
the menu had limited choices.

surprisingly charmed

friendly staff warm room
i found the staff at reception very friendly and helpful for one night. the room was clean, tidy, and warm. i shall definitely be visiting again i think. thank you to the staff i spoke with, they were all so kind.
the deputy manager were shockingly rude to me. he said he didnt have any free room and just dismissed me. i found this to be unprofessional and not helpful at all.

excellent customer service were on offer with very friendly and helpful staff, particularly the reception and breakfast staff. during a medical emergency, the staff looked after my dog for two days so i am so grateful.

The staff were very helpful! I had a lovely dog-friendly experience. The room contained both a hairdryer and an iron with an ironing board. Tea, coffee, and biscuits were available in the room. That was thoughtful.
I think a bin outside for dog waste bags would be very useful.
