wonderful riverfront stay

The room was lovely, it had a walk-in shower. It was quite spacious. i found the location to be central and convenient to the city centre. staff were helpful and accommodating! some nice bars and restaurants were close.
The room was rather dark. It could benefit from brighter lighting. the window would not fully close when it was windy though.

fantastic central stay!

great location fine suite complimentary upgrade relaxing spot
the location was fantastic! we received a complimentary upgrade to a suite upon arrival, it was fine. breakfast was amazing too. staff were very helpful and patient. i especially liked the comfortable room we used before departing, a wonderful, relaxing spot it was.
the tv signal was very poor. it was unwatchable.

the location was very central. lots of bars AND restaurants were close. i had a great river view from my room. the bed was clean plus very comfy. there were plenty towels, i was happy.
the light above the sink did not work. it was A small issue.

the location proved acceptable because it was in a central area.
my room was quite small. i also noticed a concerning substance, possibly mold, in the shower. it made me hesitant to use it

The location was excellent. It was easy to walk to many attractions. My room was a good size with comfortable beds. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Daily biscuit delivery added a nice touch to the room service.

Fantastic Stay!

I secured a river view suite! The views overlooked the water and offered wonderful sights. The room included comfy beds and also daily biscuit delivery. The staff members were super friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist.
The hotel's front faced a bit of scaffolding . This did impact the initial impression upon arrival. Hopefully they finish it soon!
