Central Location and Helpful Staff

This guest house provides an amazing central location. It is perfect for exploring the city center. the staff, particularly Anjie and Jamie, were cute and helpful . i found their support really enhanced my experience. I felt very much at home. i would definitely choose this place again for its hospitality.
i did notice the decor in my room felt a LITTLE outdated, though it was clean and functional.

The room featured a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. It included basic amenities, like a digital tv with YouTube and Netflix. The room was tidy. It offered good value for its central location. I FOUND THE SPACE adequate for a short stay.

The guest house is very close to the city center. It is within a three-minute walk from the train station. A local bus stop is also right in front. It made it easy to get around. the location is ideal for shopping and dining.

The staff provided clear directions to the bus terminal. breakfast is self-service. It offers lots of choices. the receptionist at breakfast was particularly friendly and helpful! he ensured all guests felt welcome.

The hotel is very central to shops. The staff helped me book tours to Loch Ness. I found a TV with Netflix and a kettle in the room.

The staff were helpful. My room had a desk , which was convenient for working. The location was very central, close to transport links.
The shared bathroom was not cleaned often enough. The room overlooked a noisy street. Street noise was a problem. There were a lot of stairs and no lift.

The window in my Standard Twin Room did not close properly. This allowed a draft, and it made the room quite cold at night. the breakfast selection was limited. There were very few fresh options available.
