meal price window seat friendly staff
saucy mary restaurant provided excellent meals at a fair price. i enjoyed the breakfast in the window seat with a view. parking behind the building was available , i liked it. staff member iain greeted me kindly.
the room required some updating, i think. the carpet and curtains looked worn.

Waterside Tranquility

friendly staff spacious room
During storm Floris, the hotel faced a power outage. The staff managed admirably, keeping the bar open and providing sandwiches for all. Power was restored the next day. Dinner was very good and serving staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was super clean and spacious. The staff were polite and friendly.
I booked for two nights, and the initially assigned room had a bad smell. I think it was from mold. The hotel switched me to another room for the second night, way better.

Excellent Stay with Fine Views

great location friendly staff efficient service good food
I appreciated the hotel's location near the Skye Bridge. The social space included a nice bar area. The staff were friendly and efficient. I found the quality of food to be good and the service was always prompt.
My room required some redecorating. I only had one bedside lamp. I asked for another but was told they only provide one per room because a customer had broken one the year prior.

The evening meal choices in the restaurant were very good and I enjoyed the food. The breakfast buffet included both continental and full English dishes. The kitchen staff made sandwiches for all the guests during the power outage.

The hotel has a lift which I appreciated. Parking was conveniently located next to the hotel. The hotel is close to the water. I was happy to see the lovely view from my room.
