Excellent stay with lovely breakfast

The room had a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. Breakfast included plenty of options, I appreciated the variety. The hotel's location is very convenient for exploring the area.
The radiator made a cracking sound when I turned it on.

The breakfast offered a generous continental selection in addition to a choice of cooked breakfasts. The dinner menu had about six main meal options. I thought the restaurant had wonderful views of the loch.

The reception staff were very friendly and offered help with our luggage, though not needed. Staff even packed us extra breakfast food because we had a long journey home. I went away with coffee and tea.

a mixed experience, some issues noted

sound proofing unfriendly staff
the food was good and provided excellent options at dinner.
The room was not soundproof, i could clearly hear the guests next door and when they used the shower. this was frustrating and impacted my sleep. It should be addressed for the price i paid.

okay stay with some drawbacks

helpful staff good breakfast convenient location small room crowded parking poor soundproofing
the staff were friendly and helpful . the breakfast had a good selection of items to choose from. the location is convenient, especially for boat trips on the loch (it is just across the road).
my room was quite small. the parking area was often crowded with tour buses. i could hear noise from the adjacent rooms and the corridor (especially when people were showering or walking).

The room had a modern bathroom. It included two separate sinks. A rainfall shower was also available. Breakfast offered many choices and tasted good. The view from the restaurant extended over the water. Staff members were always attentive.
