sherry treat friendly staff maintained room

i stayed in a twin guest room. the complimentary sherry was yummy! i found the staff friendly and helpful. rooms were very well maintained!

The electric vehicle charging was not private to the hotel. It was only a public charger.

Fantastic Stay!

warm welcome spacious room comfortable bed excellent breakfast

The welcome was WARM. I was shown around the hotel before going to my spacious, well-equipped room. The HUGE bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom included a heated towel rack and fluffy towels! The restaurant provided delicious food, friendly staff, and an excellent breakfast with many options and fresh pastries.

The milk provided in the room needed to be requested, due to not having a fridge available in the room (though it is a good initiative to cut back on plastic use).

Rooms were super tidy. The rooms have attractive interior design and comfortable beds for a good night's sleep, very important after a long journey through the Highlands. Rooms include tea and coffee making facilities.

The hotel has a Lovely mountain view. It is an excellent location on the NC500 route. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful landscapes. There is a good path is available for a worthwhile hours outing.

charmed by this stay!

attentive staff secure bike storage delicious food

The staff were so attentive! and i found secure bike storage very handy. our room had lovely attention to detail, i noticed it immediately. i also enjoyed the delicious food for dinner and breakfast. It was a great addition.

The milk provided in the room was not enough. I would have preferred more. the lack of a fridge meant it had spoiled by morning. That was a minor inconvenience.

The restaurant provided generous roast beef portions with all the accompaniments. It was delicious. children had colouring books. They enjoyed macaroni cheese. desserts were nice too.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I experienced great service. the management was also attentive to all guests. every request was handled efficiently. It was very cute.

charming stay in the highlands

The room was spacious and bright. it included a sherry decanter. A welcome touch. i enjoyed the king size bed, we slept soundly. the restaurant provided great food with sizeable portions. the staff were very helpful, they clearly aimed to please.

parking was somewhat limited, but i managed to find a spot eventually.

the restaurant offers a good menu with fresh ingredients. i particularly enjoyed the goat cheese tart. breakfast included delicious poached eggs and salmon. the portions are generous.

Our king guest room was nicely furnished, clean, and very comfortable. the bed linens felt luxurious. beautiful views were visible from the windows. Misplaced punctuation.

the hotel had a bar that provided a relaxed atmosphere. live music was available on one evening . the decor was authentic and modern, it gave the hotel character.
