well maintained grounds games room excellent treatments
i have enjoyed the location. the grounds were well maintained, close to the ferry. the games room kept the kids happy. the spa area had excellent treatments, a real treat.
soundproofing was an issue, with noise from other rooms disrupting sleep. i could hear doors slamming quite clearly. it did affect overall relaxation.

empty dispenser reception call
The pool was available and I did enjoy using it daily.
I encountered multiple issues in the room. The shower gel dispenser was empty when I wanted to shower before swimming!!! I also found that the dispenser for shampoo and conditioner was empty on another night. It required a call to reception for a replacement.

lovely and luxurious lodge stay
spacious lodge relaxing break excellent spa
our lodge was spacious and very well equipped. i found it perfect for a relaxing break and i loved the extra space and privacy. the leisure facilities were excellent and very well maintained. i especially enjoyed the spa it was peaceful and beautifully designed and it was like a real treat.
i felt a lack of atmosphere in the restaurants and bars. i thought the food was slightly over priced. it wasn't a huge issue but i think it could improve the experience.

The grounds were beautiful. i enjoyed the swimming pool , it was large. the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. i was happy with the games room . It had a pool table and two dartboards.
the soundproofing could be improved. i could hear noise from other rooms.

high standards bike lock
The staff were constantly looking to maintain high standards. the bike lock up was perfect. It included tools, air, and water. the spa pool area was great, especially the small kids' pool. the hotel pool additionally offered hot beds and a jacuzzi, along with a large pool, steam room, and saunas.
