the hotel provided a beautiful setting for our romantic escape. the loch view from our room was lovely. the restaurant offered a menu with very good food and a warm welcome. the decor showed really good attention to detail.

supersized beds friendly staff
The executive suite provided ample space, especially with the supersized beds? fast wi-fi made connectivity seamless. the bathroom was large and very clean. I liked it. the reception and breakfast staff were friendly, a lovely touch .
the room got really warm, and while a fan was provided, it might not be enough during the hottest months. i think this could be improved. it affected our stay a bit.

lochside terrace attentive staff convenient location
i enjoyed a refreshing drink on the terrace, so close to loch lomond. the restaurant staff were attentive and the food tasted wonderful. the location felt peaceful, just off the a82.
the receptionist did not immediately greet me upon arrival. i had to wait a few minutes before being acknowledged.

The room we occupied featured a large bathroom. The included toiletries were very useful. The restaurant required a reservation for window seating and I made one. The location offered excellent views of the water.
The breakfast area felt too crowded during peak hours.
