The location is amazing. I found it very close to the train station. The windows kept the room quiet and provided good airflow. The room and bathroom were clean!!!

the check-in was slow , and the receptionist seemed unsure. also , the shower was a bit disappointing , it had low water pressure and the temperature was hard to regulate .

the location was really good. the staff helped me with early check in and ensured my group was on the same floor. views of the castle were visible across the street, i loved it!!!

the location was acceptable. it was near attractions.

The room was quite disappointing. i found the lack of slippers frustrating. Such amenities feel essential. the wifi connection was also very poor. it's annoying to not have these basics covered.

the central location near the station proved wonderfully convenient. i found the staff members were particularly helpful, a true delight. i also appreciated my room's cleanliness. my bed was so comfortable, like sleeping on a CLOUD.
