shuttle service front desk complimentary water
The shuttle service to the airport was convenient. the front desk staff was always available. i appreciated that the rooms were stocked with complimentary water, tea, and coffee. the hotel arranged a shuttle to the park and ride for the tram into the city. It was an unexpected bonus.
the room was dark, it was difficult to see inside the cupboards. there were no slippers or gowns provided . the hotel takes a £50 deposit from a card, then pays it back if no extras are purchased.

The restaurant offers a great selection of food and is very reasonable. the on-site restaurant matches any downtown spot with great food. breakfast was unreal. A class spot to finish off a trip.

friendly staff stocked minibar amazing shower super clean rooms
I had an fantastic stay. The staff were super friendly. the minibar was well stocked! the shower offered an amazing experience and the rooms were perfectly super clean. it elevated my short visit.
The tv, unfortunately, wasn't working . That was a little disappointing though i didn't spend much time watching it.

automatic service charges unfair practice
the room was clean and well furnished. the hotel provided sufficient parking spaces.
the automatic service charges added to invoices are disappointing. this puts customers in an uncomfortable position if they want these charges removed. it is unfair for customers to subsidize the hotel's responsibility to pay its staff a fair wage.
