adequate stay, but some issues present

chaotic service ac issue
the staff ensured i received a drink upon arrival and water as i checked out.
My room was an interconnecting one. I could hear the couple next door. service in the lounge at times felt chaotic. the ac seemed to activate itself during the night even though i had not switched it on.

friendly staff room upgrade lack of privacy loud music
Ben at the front door was REALLY friendly and quite helpful. I checked in and received a room upgrade. This room offered views of the castle. It was a lovely surprise.
My toilet and bathroom setup lacked privacy in the room. It should have been made more private. Some things you really do not need to share. I could hear loud music from a bar above my room until 1am. I could not sleep until after it stopped.

beautiful room helpful concierge special treatment
Our room was a beautiful king room. It had all extras I expect at a five-star hotel. Alexander, the concierge, gave helpful tips. He.
The hotel is good, but the checkin process takes too long.

The hotel is located in a central area. This spot offers easy access to many attractions. The parking is underneath the hotel with a lift. This goes straight from the car park to reception.

Our room included comfy beds. All expected extras were available at a five-star hotel. The design was modern. The rooms are also clean to.

The food was amazing at the SUSHISAMBA restaurant. Atmosphere makes for an extra special evening. The views also add something to the dining experience. Breakfast was amazing too.

The hotel has a skybar with views. I saw the spa. It looked and smelled divine. I did not visit it this time. I'll be back to experience it.

poor check-in service lounge access
i found check-in disorganized. i arrived after 3 p.m., but waited 45 minutes. the staff seemed lost, increasing my anxiety. the w lounge denied us entry claiming it was full of non-guests. this was insulting since i could not use the hotel's facilities.

convenient location quiet premises clean premises fantastic experience
The hotel's location is very convenient. It is near shops, bars, and restaurants. The hotel provides calm, quiet, and clean premises. Joao's Place on the 11th Floor offers fantastic experiences.
The minibar had only water. There were no other items inside.
Facilities

The rooftop provides vistas. These range from Arthur's Seat to the Castle. Bars have lively atmospheres. Services are excellent. The rooms include a mixing glass plus martini glasses near the bed.
