faulty air conditioning inadequate soundproofing
the location was acceptable for access to various attractions.
the room lacked soundproofing because i heard noise from adjacent rooms. also, the air conditioning unit was faulty and kept switching on and off on its own. i was unable to get a good night's sleep because of this issue.

helpful staff excellent location free coffee
the location was excellent.. it was a simple walk to the main attractions. the staff were always available and ready to help with directions and suggestions. i found the complimentary tea and coffee in the reception area quite useful. i saved money because i didn't have to buy drinks elsewhere.
the music from the lounge was quite loud late into the night, even from the fourth floor.

the hotel is near the city center and the old town areas, so it is easy to explore. getting to the airport is convenient with a short taxi ride. walking to the main city attractions takes only about ten minutes.

polite staff central location comfortable room loud music impractical parking short parking time
the staff looked polite. i found the location rather central, close to various spots. my room had enough space and seemed comfortable.
the lounge presented LOUD music until midnight. i could identify specific songs on the 4th floor. parking was neither practical nor simple, with a maximum of three hours nearby.
