refurbished bar friendly staff comfortable room ventilation noise wardrobe space difficult access
the room had a refurbished bar area.. i also found the staff in all areas to be friendly. newly refurbished rooms were comfortable.
i found the constant ventilation noise disruptive to sleep. i noticed limited wardrobe space for personal belongings. the ongoing road work created difficult access problems.

Inconsistent experience. Some disappointments
unclean grout uncomfortable bed
The bathroom felt dated. The shower grout was unclean, which I DID not expect. the bed wasn't comfortable. I felt the springs. also, the room overlooked the m8 and a carpark, so the view wasn't ideal. overall, the room didn't quite meet my expectations.

helpful staff useful facilities breakfast choice comfy bed
i found the staff helpful, from the reception to the bar. my room had useful facilities. i really enjoyed the breakfast, it had loads of choice. the bed in my room was comfy.
i thought the noise of ventilation was constant. it did interrupt my sleep.

my beautiful king room had a king size bed. the room had two bedside tables with lamps, and a work desk with a chair. there was also a television with multiple channels available.
