comfortable bed convenient location helpful staff
The bed was king size and very comfortable. the location is near public transport (specifically the train station). the self-check-in was convenient. A staff member assisted when needed.
the temperature control did not seem to function properly.

The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the high-tech features to control the room. The availability of computers in the bar area was a plus. I found their policy to decline cleaning for charity commendable. The staff stored my luggage securely after check-out, a great convenience.
The lack of hot drink facilities in the room was inconvenient. Even accessible rooms lack this feature.

attentive staff funky room super clean hotel
The communal space felt very cute, particularly useful before check-in. The staff were attentive!!! I found the hotel to be super clean, especially the funky room features like the iPad controls for the TV, blinds, and lighting. The room felt modern!

the room was a good size and very clean. bag storage was available after checkout until i left for home.
the tv did not work very well. its channel selection was also disappointing. i wished the hotel offered complimentary coffee either in the room or at the bar.

the room was clean. the staff were helpful with bag storage after checkout until i was heading home. i found the staff friendly too.
the tv did not work very well. the tv had a poor selection of channels. i wanted a better experience.

super comfy stay!
ipad functionalities comfortable bed friendly staff positive surprise
my initial reason for being there involved proximity to a venue. the ipad controls for lights plus curtains added some fun. all of the staff members were genuinely friendly and helpful. i'd definitely consider another stay with them.
i only found a minor issue . the hairdryer in the room was broken. it was a small inconvenience overall.

The lobby provides various seating areas, great. you can find comfortable chairs and tables. the decor is modern and stylish. the space is well-lit and inviting. We loved the pool.
