helpful staff spacious room pristine pool cheap ingredients slow service missing facilities
the staff were very helpful . the rooms were spacious and well kept (i especially liked the decor). the resort also features a pristine pool that i really enjoyed.
i found that the breakfast buffet lacked quality. the ingredients used seemed quite cheap. also, the service at breakfast was slow and this was inconvenient. i experienced a minor issue with my room not being fully stocked with tea and coffee facilities.

Really good hospitality and immaculate service

warm welcome golf trip convenient shuttle helpful concierge
i just finished a two-night stay. the staff greeted me warmly at the main gate and the hospitality continued to improve throughout my visit. i was there for a golf trip and the team took care of unloading my clubs and bags. the concierge even parked my car so i did not have to touch it again until departure. a shuttle bus was available to take me between the hotel and the clubhouse.
i noticed the whirlpool at the spa was closed, a slight disappointment.

really good service and amenities

shuttle bus mega massages warm greeting
the staff greeted me warmly at the main gate. they took care of my bags and parked my car. a shuttle bus was available to transport guests between the hotel and clubhouse. the hotel featured a spa with mega tolle massages.

the shuttle service to the clubhouse was excellent. the main hotel provided a superb area for relaxation and drinks. i found the welcome on arrival excellent with free valet parking.
servicing of the room was missed once . the floor wasn't hoovered. tissues and bathroom toiletries weren't replaced.

The room was cosy. The bed was comfortable. I liked the underground access to leisure facilities. The bar area was pleasant to be at.
A smell was noticeable in the hotel. Stains are on the bedding. I think the hotel should provide a better experience for the price.
