fantastic stay

warm staff clean room safe location
the staff were wonderfully warm. they took great care of us during circumstances caused by a large-scale storm. the room was comfortable and clean. the location was good and safe. my family and i greatly enjoyed our stay.
the ac dont worked. the room stay cold, they did arrange a small heater.

excellent stay!

affordable rate pleasant staff comfortable bed essential amenities
the room rate was very affordable for the area. i found the staff to be both pleasant and professional. the bed was very comfortable, and the room included essential amenities like an iron (useful for my shirts). the location proved convenient.
the tv was a bit difficult to use at first, requiring some time to figure out its controls.

equipped room good breakfast luggage tag missing sign damaged carpet no conditioner
the room was lovely and well equipped , i found the shower pressure very good. the breakfast was very good quality. staff were very helpful and friendly and held my bags whilst i was out during the day with a proper luggage tag system.
there was no do not disturb sign in my room. i noticed some damage to the carpet in the room. the bathroom floor got wet very easily , and there was no hair conditioner provided.

The breakfast buffet offers many choices. I liked the several lighting options in the room. USB charging points were useful.
The room had no heating, i only got a radiator. It did warmed the room, but it was still not so pleasant. I was not in the room very much.

The location was close to Haymarket station. This made getting around very easy. Staff were polite. The room was clean and fresh.

cozy stay near haymarket

helpful staff excellent location easy access
the staff was very cute. they organised a 6am wake-up call when i mentioned issues with my phone (i really needed to get to the airport). i appreciated the location, only about 10 minutes from haymarket station, it makes airport access very easy. i recognised places nearby from last year, so finding princes street and its shops was quick.
the comfort in the room was somewhat diminished by the lack of shelves (i was there for several days). it felt strange for a hotel of this supposed level.

my comfort double room included a comfortable bed and a tv with multiple channels. the bathroom had a shower and complimentary toiletries were provided (replenished daily). the room also featured a work desk and a seating area.

The hotel offers complimentary wifi throughout the building. The connection was stable. i used the on-site gymwith treadmills and free weights. there are also meeting rooms available for business purposes.
