The location is superb, a very short walk from the Royal Mile and key attractions. I found many cafes and restaurants nearby, a definite advantage. Staff members were consistently courteous. They were helpful with directions and other requests.
The window did not open , so the room could become stuffy at times.

Staff provided efficient service at reception , while they were always available and willing to assist with directions and recommendations for local attractions. Housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness. They addressed requests promptly.

Excellent Staff and Central Location

friendly staff special request spacious room fast lifts
Staff at the hotel are friendly, polite, and efficient. They accommodated my special request prior check-in in no time. Breakfast had plenty of choice and the room was spacious and clean. Security system worked very well and the lifts were fast.
The layout of the rooms on different floors for the reception and dining room are a bit confusing.

I found the location very convenient with easy access to key attractions. The staff were helpful. They readily provided directions and assistance. The premium room was spacious and well kept. I appreciated the quiet environment which allowed for restful nights.
