Simple and clean stay

clean room polite staff calming view
The room was very clean, which i appreciated. I found the staff unobtrusive and polite . The view of trees from my window was a calming bonus. Breakfast items were plentiful. I was happy.
The curtains did not fully block light. This affected the darkness of the room. Light leaked everywhere.

friendly staff elegant dining room bathroom shake room mess
the staff was super friendly! i loved how attentive they were. the dining room was beautiful and elegant. it had such a traditional vibe, i totally loved it!
They really messed up my room at first? i requested an extra large double and it was two twins. i was then moved to an ordinary double. The bathroom shook the whole night. It was quite annoying!

inadequate towel rail missing loo roll holder
my room, a standard twin room, had an issue. the bathroom lacked a proper loo roll holder and the towel rail never heated up sufficiently. i had to request that it be turned on, which should not have been necessary. these small details greatly affect the overall comfort.

friendly staff rural setting easy parking
the staff changed my room to a beautiful double room at check in it had a bath this was appreciated the evening meal in the restaurant tasted good i would certainly return the setting is rural parking is easy i love that.
the corridor to my room needed new carpets the doors were thin there was some noise from other guests

service and room issues

unresponsive heater unmanned reception
upon arrival, i faced some issues with basic amenities. the heater did not function, leaving the room uncomfortably cold. i also struggled to operate the tv. i brought the remote to reception one day, but it was unmanned when i returned. it created unnecessary inconvenience .

noise from machinery late noise
the staff were really friendly at breakfast (always a bonus).
i was given a hard time over a request. i asked to have a quiet room but ended up with a room right above some machinery. the noise from it went on until late.
