A Solid Stay, Especially with Dogs

dog-friendly room friendly receptionist great location
I stayed in one of the garden rooms and I found that they are very dog-friendly with excellent outside space. The receptionist, and the cleaning staff did a great job. I found the location great for walks. I walked to the Kelpies and the Falkirk Wheel. I will come back!!!
The paper-based check-in felt slow, and the lift to the first floor felt unnerving. The receptionist warned us about it. It felt limited in capacity.
Facilities
9/10
The grounds provide ample space to walk a dog. This is a big plus. Plenty of parking for functions, so you won't need to worry about finding a spot, even during events. It is a short walk to the Kelpies, a popular tourist attraction.
Service
9/10
The staff members are very friendly and helpful, which adds a nice touch to the stay. Breakfast is freshly cooked to order, this ensures that the food is fresh and tailored to your preferences. The hotel handles private functions smoothly.
Rooms
9/10
The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. This is important for a relaxing stay. The bathroom was huge, it included both a shower and a bathtub. The bed was very comfortable, so you can enjoy a restful night.
Dining
