Ivana gave an excellent welcome. She was so good! Fiona gave a great check out. The room featured all modern amenities. I found the bed to be comfy.
Breakfast arrived cold, and I had to return it. The replacement order was also incorrect, a real pity. I wish I could have spoken with the manager immediately, but that was not possible.

mouldy smell cracked tiles
The staff was happy to accommodate additional requirements I had on the day of my arrival.
My bathroom had a slightly mouldy smell , maybe it came from the drains. Some of the shower tiles were cracked too. There was no cooked breakfast available. I had to ask for a refund since I had already paid for a full breakfast.
